Document cart

The document cart is the same as a normal web shopping cart. All register information that you want to retrieve, and all deposited balance sheets which you would like to request, is first put into the document cart. Up to 20 document retrievals per document cart are possible this way.

Then you go to the area "Pay" and enter your credit card number. If you are registered as a user and logged on to the platform, payment via SEPA Direct Debit Scheme is also available. To request deposited balance sheets you have to be logged onto the platform. After successfully completing the payment process, your desired documents will be released for retrieval. Retrieve all paid documents immediately, since they will be deleted from the document cart at the end of the session (if you are not registered) or after 5 days (if you are registered and logged on).

Retrieval is only possible one time. Save the retrieved data to your computer. You can still view requested deposited balance sheets under "My data – Orders & requests – Commercial Register requests".

  • You will be able to call up stored balances.
  • You will be able to pay by SEPA Direct Debit.
  • You will be able to save your document cart beyond the end of the session.
  • You will be able to peruse your retrieved data. You will receive confirmation of the fees paid for retrieved data, listing the retrievals made and the times (no retrieved data as such).

To the registration

You will be invoiced,

  • if you are not logged onto the platform and in the course of your payment process, indicate that you wish to receive an invoice,
  • if you are logged on during your payment process. Invoices will generally be available within 3 working days after the retrieval of a document, as a PDF file under “My data – Orders & Retrievals – Retrievals Company Register”.

Should you not be registered/logged in, a link will be sent to the e-mail address you provided in the course of the payment process. This link will remain valid for 5 days, allowing you to download your purchased documents.

Should you be registered and logged onto the platform, your document cart will be retained for 5 days. Documents will only remain available for retrieval and storage for this period (with the exception of retrieved stored balances; these may be perused under “My data – Orders & Retrievals – Retrievals Company Register”).

If you have retrieved your documents, and are registered and logged on, you fill find an overview of your retrieval data in the menu "My Data- Orders & Retrievals - Retrievals Company Register". Here you can have a complete overview of which documents you retrieved at what time (no retrieval content ). Furthermore an electronic receipt (as a PF file) will be made available to you.
