Submit

Securities issuers must transmit their capital market information directly to the Company Register for storage. The legal basis for submission are the EHUG (act about electronic trade registers and cooperative registers as well as the Company Register) and the Transparency Guideline Implementation Act (TGI Act).

Messages published in the Federal Gazette will be submitted automatically into the Company Register. Only the information that is not already published in the Federal Gazette must be transmitted directly to the Company Register by securities issuers.

Important: Year-end accounts subject to the disclosure requirement are to be submitted exclusively to the Federal Gazette.

A free, one-time registration is required to submit publications to the Company Register.

Your publication orders can then be transmitted via the publication platform. The Company Register Ordinance (CRO) and the Justizverwaltungskostengesetz (Justice Administration Costs Act) apply.

Independent of legal provisions, the publisher, offers the ability to transmit your publications in PDF format as a service subject to charges. The corresponding costs can be found in theGeneral Terms and Conditions.

Publish annual financial statement
