Costs of use

Registering in the Company Register is free. For researching individual companies and a view into publications and legal entity information, there are also no charges.

Fees apply for every retrieval of information offered for a register number (current version chronological version, historic version document retrieval) (see below). Exception: If you put a AD, CD, HD and SI of a company data set into your document cart in the same session - as long as you are collecting documents and have not yet paid- you will only have to pay the fee for one document. Expenses will not be collected. The amount of the retrieval fee corresponds to the Justizverwaltungskostengesetz (Justice Administration Costs Act).

The request for deposited balance sheets is also subject to a charge and is based on theJustizverwaltungskostengesetz (Justice Administration Costs Act).

A document cart is available for document retrievals. You can collect and download the register information that you want to retrieve (see   »Document cart).

Document (DK): EUR 1.50
Business owner data (UT): EUR 0.00
Structured register content (SI): EUR 4.50
Authentication of year-end accounts: EUR 0.50 for each started page, at least EUR 5.00
