Due to recent events, the Bundesanzeiger Verlag warns against e-mails that refer to the alleged necessity of requesting a digital key due to an allegedly incomplete data transmission regarding an e-mail address. These emails are not authorised by the Bundesanzeiger Verlag, they are phishing emails with the aim to trick the transmission of passwords or the making of payments. Please do not click on this link or other links displayed in the email and do not follow any requests to make payments.

When retrieving register information, please note that you must add DK documents individually to the shopping basket and download them. It is currently not technically possible to retrieve a complete DK tree.

When retrieving register information, the display of the document trees (DK) may be disturbed in individual cases. If necessary, please reload the page or carry out the search again.

Beware of unfair providers

The Federal Gazette publishing house warns of offers and notifications regarding register entries for companies in the Company Register and in association with publications in the Federal Gazette.

If you receive payment requests for retrievals of company data via the Business Register Interconnection System (BRIS), the sender of which is (supposedly) the European Commission or the European Justice Portal, this is a case of fraud.
