Company information is listed in the column company name. The country, the competent register court, the type of register and the register number are listed on the first line. The name of the company is displayed on the line below that. The history of the company name is located below the company name.
Branches are designated as such in search results and shown under the respective headquarter.
The column head office for each company at first shows the current head office and below that the history of the company head offices.
The status of the companies is represented in the column status. Companies may receive the current and deleted statuses.
Cross references to the documents which can be retrieved from the register portal are offered in the column on the far right.
AD Current Version (Overview of all currently valid entries)
CD Chronological Version (with all data as of switch to electronic
register management)
HD Historic Version (with all data valid until the switch to
electronic register management)
DK Tree-Structure of the documents submitted to the register (e.g.
shareholder lists etc.)
UT Legal entity information
SI structured register content (XML file with the AD
and CD data for further automated processing)

federal states if any, shall be deemed a non-binding service provision.
