Registering in the Company Register is free.

For researching individual companies and a view into publications, announcements and register information, there are also no charges or fees.

Retrievals of deposited annual financial statements and certification of annual financial statements each incur a fee (see below). The amount of the fees is governed by the Judicial Administration Costs Act (Justizverwaltungskostengesetz).

A document cart is available for deposited annual financial statements and certifications, in which you can collect several retrievals and certifications. You can pay by credit card or SEPA direct debit. After payment, you can retrieve the deposited annual financial statements directly under "My data". Certifications are sent to you separately (see also Document cart).

Deposited annual financial statement documents: EUR 1.00 plus VAT
Authentication of year-end accounts: EUR 0.50 for each started page, at least EUR 5.00 plus VAT

Receipt of register information from the register courts has been free of charge since 1 August 2022. This applies to the following documents:
