- How do I obtain my access data?
By going through our one-time registration. Click on the “Register” button on the top row. Then fill out the mandatory fields.
- How long does it take for me - after registration - to receive the email with the confirmation link?
Normally it will take a few minutes.
- What can I do if I do not get an email with confirmation link, even though I have completed a registration?
Click "Log in" in the heading and then "Resend registration email". If you nevertheless do not receive an email, please send an email to: registrierung@bundesanzeiger.de. We will contact you shortly.
- Do I have the option of deleting my registration data?
Yes, to do so, please send an e-mail to: registrierung@bundesanzeiger.de.
- How do I change my password?
Go to the “My data” – “Master data” menu, select the “Access data” form and change your password. The password must contain at least 12 characters without empty spaces. You may enter up to 50 characters without spaces. Permissible characters are letters (including umlauts), numbers and special characters.
The password must contain 3 of the following 4 features:
- Capital letters
- Lowercase
- Numbers
- Special characters (* + & % etc.)
